Platinum CCTV is seeking an experienced low-voltage technician to install, configure, and support CCTV and access control systems. This role is ideal for a professional who values quality workmanship, enjoys working with advanced security technology, and wants to grow with a respected security integrator.

Tier 1 Technical Support Agent - Security Camera Company
We are seeking a full-time tier 1 level technical support agent to provide support to our end users as well as our on-site installation technicians for their CCTV security camera systems. This position will also provide support for pre-installation system assembly, testing as well as remote support for these products and installation. This role is ideal for someone who is excited about learning new technology, adapts quickly in a changing environment, has excellent customer support experience and loves helping people stay safe and secure.
